Refund policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with the following terms: if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will replace the product at issue or issue you a store credit within 30 days of delivery.  The product must be in same condition in which you received it.

To return any product, you must submit a request to us via email at gabby@timelesstilesphotos.com for approval. You must ship the product to us in its original packaging. After you submit the request, you will receive a prepaid shipping label for the return. We have the right to refuse any returned product shipped C.O.D. or lacking approval.
